Specialized circular saw blade with a diameter of 118 mm for cutting slots in aluminium. The blade has 6 carbide teeth with an 18 mm cut and a 20 mm hole diameter. The slot angle is 135°.
Especially for aluminium circular saw blades for non-ferrous metals such as aluminium and they are always equipped with a flat and trapezoidal tooth (TCG). The trapezoidal tooth cuts through the material first and the flat tooth cuts away the rest in the corners. This prevents the teeth from getting hot and distorting the material. The result is a nice and clean cut.
